The Church Of Scientology’s top Lieutenant and admitted criminal breaks away from the cult to start his own Scientology group. Daily posts on his blog markrathbun.wordpress.com, include admissions of felony kidnapping, stalking & harassing people, coercion, extortion, money laundering, destruction of key evidence pertaining to the murder of Lisa McPherson, assault & battery, false imprisonment, and the list goes on.
Not only does he admit to these crimes on his blog, but he continues to convince many media outlets to publish his stories. It seems he has no remorse as he brags about his bullying behavior.
The sad fact is that these stories are true, but somehow, he has evaded the legal system and has.escaped prosecution.
Why? Does he have immunity? Is he secretly working with authorities in an investigation against the cult?
There is no statute of limitations for murder and, therefore, the DA in Clearwater, Florida should at least reopen the Lisa McPherson murder investigation and charge Marty as an accomplice.
Don’t be fooled. Scientologists are trained criminals. They spend years “auditing” and performing excersises on how to control people and how to become effective liars.
Just because they leave the cult does not make them immune to the law. Marty (and others) should stand trial for their crimes.
